Return Policy
Each and single item we are presenting on our www.GlassGallery.ca is a Unique Product, exclusively hand crafted, quality controlled, integrity tested and retested before delivery to buyer. Each and Single product is packed and sealed prior to shipment, in which purpose we use protective materials that usually can't be used more than once, during the packing.
Therefore, At least for now, any Returning and Replacements of any of our www.GlassGallery.ca products, After Delivery and Receiving, is Not Allowed and out of the question! Equally please note that we certainly do not refund or exchange unwanted items once the original packaging has been broken.
All members of our staff are knowledgeable on each of the possible problems that may occur and well equipped to answer all of your questions.
